Once the installation is complete Neon can provide a full commissioning package of “Connect, Program & Test” (CPT) or if preferred just “Program & Test” (PT).
With CPT, all cables (except telephones in flats) will be terminated onto equipment by a Neon Commissioning Engineer who will also ensure full and correct labeling of cables and recording of as-installed information. Once fully connected the system will be programmed and fully tested. All of this is carried out in the presence of the installer and on completion a “CPT Certificate” will be issued
With the PT package Neon provides a programming and test service together with documentation detailing flats tested and any defects that require resolving. After rectification of any defects by the installer a “PT Certificate” will be issued.
